These Terms govern your use of Modular Performance Systems ("MPS", "the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to the User Agreement.
MPS is a personal training and discipline app that lets you track workouts, habits, recovery, expenses, and journaling in one place. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to use MPS.
Don't misuse the app: no attempting to break security, access other users' data, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
MPS is a tracking and motivation tool, not a medical or professional service. It does not provide medical, health, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting or changing any training, nutrition, or financial program.
The data you enter is yours. You grant us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, MPS is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
You can stop using MPS at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above.
